January 23, 2022 | 4 pm, The Broad Stage Colburn Orchestra: Yehuda Gilad, Conductor – CANCELED The concert’s centerpiece is a dazzling double concerto that perfectly marries the violin and cello’s lush tones. Rounding out the program is an energetic early work by Samuel Coleridge-Taylor and Shostakovich’s demure ninth symphony. Due to the recent increase in COVID cases locally, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to cancel the January performance. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to returning to the Broad Stage as soon as we are able.
