Selected through a rigorous and competitive audition process, top students from the Community School take the stage in a recital showcasing solo and chamber music. This performance will be livestreamed.

Musical Director Liz Kinnon leads Colburn’s Adult Jazz Workshops in a mix of swing, blues, be-bop, and Latin-flavored tunes. Repertoire includes standards by such icons as Sonny Rollins, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Herbie Hancock, Thelonious Monk, Wayne Shorter, and others. 

This conductorless chamber orchestra comprised of talented young musicians brings to life a rich program of orchestral works by Brahms, Mozart, and Suk. This performance will be livestreamed.
