Colburn Conservatory alum and current piano faculty Rodolfo Leone presents a lively program of works by Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, and Harlem Renaissance composer William Grant Still. Described as “a true sound philosopher,” Leone won first prize at the 2017 International Beethoven Piano Competition and has performed extensively throughout Europe, North America, and China.
The Colburn Artists Series is dedicated to the memory of Laura Liepins, whose steadfast mentorship has guided numerous young musicians and ensembles into spectacular professional careers.
