Pianist David Fung leads an in-depth masterclass with Colburn students, offering a rare glimpse into the artistic, creative, and learning process of their instrument.
A frequent guest of the world’s premier orchestras, David Fung has performed as a soloist with the Cleveland Orchestra, Detroit Symphony, Israel Philharmonic, Los Angeles Philharmonic, and San Francisco Symphony, as well as the major orchestras in his native Australia including the Sydney, Melbourne, and Queensland Symphony Orchestras. Known as an incisive interpreter of Mozart and Bach, Mr. Fung has collaborated with the chamber orchestras of Israel, Los Angeles, Melbourne, Orpheus, Saint Paul, and Orchestra of St. Luke’s.
