Conservatory

In recent months, Conservatory alumni won the following positions:

  • Justin Cummings, bassoon, (MM, 2018), won second bassoon with the San Francisco Symphony.
  • Rachelle Jenkins, horn, (PSC, 2018), won a position with the United States Air Force Ceremonial Brass in Washington, D.C.
  • Emma Lee, cello, (MM, 2023), won section cello with the Pacific Symphony.
  • Martin Mangrum, horn, (BM, 2020), won ​third/second horn with the Beethoven Orchester Bonn.
  • Tianlu (Jerry) Xu, cello, (MM, 2023), won section cello with the Pacific Symphony.
