Experience the soul-stirring power of Adrian Dunn’s Resurrection as it returns to Zipper Hall for a third triumphant performance. This signature concert event from Emmy Award–winning composer Adrian Dunn features his celebrated ensemble, the Adrian Dunn Singers, in a moving musical journey through original acapella spirituals, gospel, and jazz-infused works.
Selections for the evening include audience favorites such as My Soul Has Been Anchored in the Lord, I Opened My Mouth to the Lord, About Midnight, and more—offering a deeply emotional and artistic exploration of Black sacred music.
The program also features talented voices from the Colburn School Choirs and musicians from the Community School of Performing Arts, creating a collaborative celebration of resilience, artistry, and spiritual awakening.
