The performing arts bring people together, creating a sense of belonging and shared experience. These experiences expose performers and audiences to different worldviews, strengthen social bonds, and add beauty to the world. At Colburn, performance is core to the educational experience, teaching skills that can’t be learned anywhere else.  

We present over 350 performances each year, featuring students from the Colburn Conservatory, Music Academy, Community School of Performing Arts, and Trudl Zipper Dance Institute, as well as celebrated guest artists from the world of music and dance. Many of these performances are free or low cost so that they are as accessible as possible to our community.
