Trudl Zipper Dance Institute Artistic Director Janie Taylor is joined by Jason Fowler—former New York City Ballet dancer and stager of Wheeldon’s works—for a discussion spanning his career as performer and guardian of these ballets. Polyphonia, Wheeldon’s breakthrough work set to music by György Ligeti, comes to life in excerpts performed by artists from LA Ballet.
