The Trudl Zipper Dance Institute welcomes students from ages 4 to adult to study ballet, tap, modern, and hip hop, with a world-class faculty of former professionals. Our season features performances from the students of our pre-professional Dance Academy; ballet, tap, and modern students of all ages from our Youth Dance program; our exceptional Tap Faculty; and guest artists.
Performances take place in Zipper Hall and the more intimate space of the LA Dance Project’s 2245.

Dance Academy and Music Academy students perform celebrated choreography paired with musical masterworks. The performance will also feature original works created by Dance Academy artists that showcase the improvisation and composition skills essential for a professional career in dance.
